Nofi Ben Shemen neighborhood is a new neighborhood located between Moshav Ben Shemen and the city of Lod, in a pastoral environment in an excellent location with advanced urban planning. The neighborhood is planned as modern and green and is characterized by advanced urban planning while giving great emphasis to residents and pedestrians. Adjacent to "Nopi Ben Shemen" is planned the "Park Ha Nahalim", a huge urban park on the banks of Nahal Gezer in an area of about 850 dunams that will serve as a leisure and recreation center for all residents of the city and the region. The complex will include the construction of a large ecological lake next to an amphitheater immersed in green. Next to them, additional parks, commercial and employment areas, public buildings and educational institutions are planned for the well-being of the residents.
The neighborhood will also include a large educational campus suitable for all ages from kindergarten to high school, as well as commercial and employment areas. The planning vision is to create a diverse and active residential neighborhood, with green appearance, urban spaces, and urban nature. Plans for this neighborhood include green versatile streets and routes, and an array of walking strips, bicycle paths and public landscaping. In this promising neighborhood located first line to the lake and the park, Prashkovsky is building a project designed by renowned Bareli-Levitsky-Kassif architect company. The project includes spacious 4 to 5-room apartments and large penthouse apartments.
